By creating an account, browsing listings, placing a bid, sending an enquiry, or otherwise using BazzarGuru, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. If you use BazzarGuru on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

• You must provide accurate account and company information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
• One account per business unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent identity, or engage in fraud.

• Listings must be accurate — real product, real condition, real specifications and pricing. No bait listings.
• You must have the legal right to sell any item or service you list.
• No prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods; no hazardous materials without required licences and disclosures.
• Auction listings must honour the stated start price, reserve (if any), and auction end time — sellers may not manipulate bids on their own listings.
• Respond to buyer enquiries in good faith and in a timely manner.

• Bids and purchase commitments made through the platform are binding — don't bid or commit if you don't intend to follow through.
• Use Contact Seller / enquiry tools for genuine business purposes, not spam or harvesting contact details.
• Report suspicious listings or sellers using the report tool rather than taking matters into your own hands.

Freeker profiles let independent specialists offer inspection, repair, labour, marketing, and technical services through work requests. BazzarGuru facilitates the introduction; the engagement, scope, and payment terms between the hiring business and the Freeker are agreed directly between those parties unless a specific paid facilitation service states otherwise.

Basic listing and browsing is free. Paid seller plans unlock higher listing/auction/lead quotas as described on our Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance, exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Where payments are processed on-platform (subscriptions, paid leads, escrow, or similar), they are handled by our third-party payment gateway partner under their own terms and security standards — BazzarGuru does not store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials. Transactional disputes involving payment processing may also be subject to the gateway provider's dispute-resolution process.

BazzarGuru is a marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, and Freekers — we are not a party to the underlying sale, auction, or service engagement, and we don't guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any listed item or service. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BazzarGuru and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or transactions conducted through it.

The BazzarGuru name, logo, and platform design are our property. Content you upload (listings, images, profile information) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the marketplace.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, non-payment of fees due, or legal requirement, with notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of BazzarGuru will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
